Every year at Humboldt-Universität, on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8 March, a women’s assembly session is held on a socio-politically relevant topic.

This year’s topic will be: Master challenging situations in everyday (university) life with resilience and balance.

After a welcome from the President of Humboldt-Universität, there will be an interactive training session with health coach Nicola Langer. There will be space to discuss the causes of stress in hectic everyday university life and to reflect on how to deal with it.
The afternoon will end with a small reception where you can socialise and network.

In addition, a cardio-stress test and relaxation coaching with VR glasses will be offered at the Ehrenhof of the main building.

All women can participate in the event. According to § 17 (5) Landesgleichstellungsgesetz and § 19 (9) of the Frauenförderrichtlinien of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, women are entitled to be released from work for the event.
