The third workshop in the IN’Com series focuses on inclusive communication in the context of neurodivergence. Dipl.-Psych. Beate Willenberg (KOPF, HAND + FUSS gGmbH) will provide an overview of how neurodivergent people perceive language, feedback and social signals, where unconscious barriers arise, and what simple adjustments can make a meaningful difference — in seminars, meetings and personal conversations. A discussion round will follow for shared reflection.

The series is led by Katrin Rettel (Zentrum Chancengerechtigkeit, HU Berlin) and moderated by Stefanie Trzecinski (KOPF, HAND + FUSS gGmbH). It is aimed at teaching staff and other employees of Humboldt-Universität. Participation is free of charge.
