Workshop

Many female doctoral researchers experience the persistent fear of being “exposed” as an impostor, despite objective evidence of their competence and achievement. Within the competitive and often implicit structures of academia, these feelings can be reinforced by gendered expectations, stereotypes and a lack of visible role models — yet they are rarely addressed openly.

This workshop with Dr. Taiya Mikisch creates space to explore these experiences and develop practical strategies for everyday work, well-being and long-term career planning. Places are limited to 12 participants. A certificate of participation is issued upon at least 80% active participation.
