As part of Berlin Science Week, female researchers from past Zia cohorts take to the stage to present their work in an inspiring and accessible format. Rather than formal lectures, Slam & Stories offers personal insights into how research is done and what questions drive it. Following the talks, there is space for exchange on career paths in science, the challenges and opportunities facing young female researchers, and how collaboration can make research more diverse and impactful.
The event is organised by DIE ZEIT Verlagsgruppe. Entry is free, but a 3-day festival pass for the Festivalzentrum is required. The venue is fully accessible.
