While the digital transformation is sure to be changing economy and society, women remain underrepresented in STEM fields.
This workshop is part of the mentoring program of GI (Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V.). As part of the program, participants receive individual support in achieving their personal career goals. Over the course of a year, mentors will accompany you through your studies or career entry. Together, you will develop an action plan with specific individual steps, while also being supported in implementing those steps. Mentoring by women for women is also possible.
In this workshop you will learn more about the mentoring program and how you can participate. Three women will share their experiences.
