This workshop invites students and alumni to view diversity consciously as a resource, make their own strengths visible and develop strategies for addressing discrimination in the application process. Participants reflect on their personal competencies and the resources that have emerged from different educational paths, social and cultural backgrounds, life realities or personal challenges, recognising these not as obstacles but as valuable foundations for personal and professional development.
The workshop is structured around short inputs, self-reflection, and individual and group exercises. It aims to support students and graduates who want to develop the strengths and resources that come from belonging to a marginalised group.
