The Leadership Certificate, offered by the ZEWK at TU Berlin, supports those taking on leadership responsibilities for the first time. The programme covers effective team collaboration, communication across hierarchies, conscious leadership in collegial academic structures, and maintaining health and performance. Methods are practiced through interactive exercises, case studies and collegial peer consultation.
The programme is available at two levels: the basic certififcate (45 work units) comprises an introductory workshop and three core modules; the full certificate (100 work units) adds at least two courses from specialist areas, a closing workshop and guided self-reflection phases. Individual coaching sessions are available on request for TU Berlin participants.
The new cohort begins with the introductory workshop on 16 October 2026.
