The women’s assembly invites FLINTA* members of Humboldt-Universität to engage with the concept of intersectionality and its practical implications. Intersectionality describes how experiences of discrimination and privilege emerge through the interplay of multiple social positionings, such as racism, sexism, ableism, or classism. The event creates space to reflect collectively on how these dynamics shape working and learning environments.

Following a welcome address by the President of Humboldt-Universität, trainers Hamza Barashed and Miriam Leinfelder will lead an interactive mini-workshop. The afternoon concludes with a reception offering opportunities for exchange and networking.
