Further information
The Centre for Equal Opportunities at Humboldt-Universität, in cooperation with CLAIM gGmbH, offers a counselling service for anti-Muslim racism. The service is aimed at anyone who has experienced or observed anti-Muslim racism at the university, or who would like to report an incident. Even if you are unsure whether a situation constitutes anti-Muslim racism, you are encouraged to get in touch.
At selected dates, counsellors from CLAIM hold consultation hours at the main building of Humboldt-Universität. They listen, document cases, and discuss possible next steps together with those seeking advice. Counselling is confidential, anonymous, and based on solidarity. If needed, referrals can be made to social, legal, psychosocial, or anti-discrimination counselling services.
The counselling service is open to all members of Humboldt-Universität and can be provided in German, English, or Arabic.
