This informal networking session is designed for female early career researchers who are interested in third-party funding and would like to learn from real experiences. Simone Maria Stünzi and Archana Kumar, postdoctoral researchers in Geography and Chemistry at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, share their personal journeys of successfully securing prestigious fellowships, including the challenges they faced, lessons learned, and practical tips they wish they had known earlier.
The session provides space to ask questions, exchange experiences and gain first-hand insights beyond formal guidelines and funding calls. Participants are invited to connect with peers, get inspired and approach their next steps towards third-party funding with greater confidence.
