This workshop is for PhD students or academic staff who wish to learn more about mental health and stress. You will learn to identify your personal stressors and what forms of coping may help you in dealing with those stressors. The methods will include short theoretical inputs, personal exercises as well as discussions in small groups.

As many stressors for PhD students may (or may not) be similar, you will also learn new strategies by other PhD students’ experiences. The workshop will focus on specific stressors related to academia (e.g., deadlines, writing), but as mental health includes biopsychosocial factors, you may also benefit for personal stress as well.

Participants will not have to share any personal information if they wish not to do so.
For planning reasons, please register for the event via e-mail using the link in the info box. Should you manage to register in time, you are still welcome to attend anyway!
