The Barcamp “MenWork – Die Arbeitswelt geschlechtergerechter gestalten” invites participants to collaboratively discuss and develop ideas for creating more gender-just workplaces. In this open, participatory format, attendees bring their own questions, experiences and perspectives, and work together in self-organised sessions to address themes related to gender, work, diversity and inclusion.
The barcamp offers a space for exchange, mutual learning and networking, where students, graduates and professionals can contribute equally to the discussion. It seeks to make visible the diverse ways in which gender shapes working environments and to explore practical approaches that support fairer and more equitable practices across sectors.
