Strong team spirit can make a decisive difference in motivation, collaboration, and productivity in research contexts. This WINS Circle Meeting offers an informal networking space to explore how positive team cultures are built and sustained across different professional environments.
Three WINS alumnae share their perspectives and experiences on team-building in academic and non-academic settings: Daniele Firak from the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS), Maria Glaser from Gesundheitsforen Leipzig GmbH, and Sarah Kleest-Meißner from Hasselt University. Their contributions will be followed by an open discussion and exchange with participants.
The event is aimed at current female doctoral and postdoctoral researchers as well as WINS alumnae and invites participants to reflect collectively on collaboration, leadership, and everyday practices of mutual support in research teams.
