FidAR – Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte e.V. – will once again host its annual FidAR-Forum under the motto “Shaping Equality – Learning Internationally” Experts from various countries will share their experiences on effective governance, diverse leadership and successful gender equality policy, bringing international best practices to Germany.
Keynote contributions in the plenary session will come from Federal Women’s Minister Karin Prien, as well as international experts including Irene Natividad (USA) and Ann Sherry (Australia), alongside leading figures from business and academia. The evening will feature the Women-on-Board Award 2026. The FidAR-Forum is organised by FidAR e.V. and supported by the Bundesministerium für Bildung, Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend.
