The ZIFG invites all interested parties to a book presentation, reading and discussion of the edited volume “Trans* und Inter* Studien. Machtkritische Perspektiven auf Repräsentation, Medizin und Wissen,” edited by Marek Sancho Höhne, Esto Mader, Caspar Rehlinger, Kilian Schmidt and Jul Tirl.
The contributions in this volume address positions, perspectives, practices and bodies beyond cis-endo binary gender, paying particular attention to the entanglement of gender with further dimensions of power. The event will offer insight into the process of creating and editing the volume, with selected contributions presented by their authors, followed by time for exchange and discussion with the audience.
