The annual conference of the Arbeitskreis Diversität takes place at the Robert Bosch Stiftung in Berlin, bringing together foundations and civil society actors to discuss diversity as a cross-cutting responsibility — both in the work of foundations and within their own structures. The first day focuses on perspectives and practice, including a presentation of the Vielfaltsbarometer 2025, a panel discussion on diversity management in politics, public administration and media, and an evening tour of queer Berlin. The second day moves into collaborative working mode, clarifying expectations and developing concrete proposals for future activities.
The conference is co-chaired by Mikolaj Ciechanowicz (Deutschlandstiftung Integration) and Dr. Ferdinand Mirbach (Robert Bosch Stiftung).
