Scientific and corporate work processes are more and more based on project work with intercultural team members. This requires competences in two areas – project management and knowledge of how to build a team and co-operate with a variety of different personalities. In this seminar we teach you how to combine these two abilities. Topics covered in the workshop include:
- Basics of project management (Classic and agile project management)
- How to manage information and knowledge in a project team in a transparent manner
- Basics of successful team building principles
- Responsibility, cooperation and commitment
- Team communication & information structures
- Recognising potential and assigning it to the right role
- How to manage diversity in a team (culture, gender, work habits, values, etc.)
- Basics of conflict prevention and win-win-oriented conflict resolution
- Knowledge management – tools and methods
