Further information
This year, a whole month will be dedicated to diversity, equality and, in particular, inclusion. The aim is not only to raise awareness of existing inequalities, but also to work actively to reduce them.
The Diversity Month programme offers a range of inspiring events in a variety of formats – from interactive workshops and social activities to scientific lectures. This year’s focus is on inclusion. Other important areas will be highlighted as appropriate at a later date.
The events will be held in German and/or English and will be available in face-to-face, online and hybrid formats.
Join the official opening by Prof Dr Birgit Sawitzki as Speaker of the Extended Board and Karin Höhne from the Equal Opportunity and Diversity Unit.
It will be followed by a keynote by Dr Katherine Deane titled “Accessible Research. Why would you do it? How do you do it?”
