This expert dialogue on fair pay addresses structures of pay discrimination among employees in service and organisation at institutions of higher education, shows possibilities for action on the organisational level and on the level of wage policies, and will actively engage the audience. The event is a part of the bukof campaign “FairNetzt Euch!” and connects with their guidelines for mor fair pay and fair work conditions in academic administration.

The following organisations will be introduced: “FairNetzt Euch!” campaign at bukof; “com.TUgether”; “Prüfverfahren Engtgelt-Check” at HTW Berlin, “Eingruppierungsüberprüfung” at Ruhr-Universtät Bochum. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Andrea Jochmann-Döll, and the panelists include:
