The lecture series “Diversity creates science – science creates diversity. Social challenges from the perspective of gender and diversity research in STEM” presents critical and reflective analyses of gender and diversity research in STEM, shows perspectives for a science of diversity and uses numerous examples to illustrate that the STEM subjects are not “cultures of no culture”, for example sciences free of historical and socio-cultural aspects.

This lecture is titled “Does Gender Still Matter? Perspectives on academic careers from gatekeepers and early career researchers at a mathematical cluster of excellence”
