Survey: Reducing Discrimination in Funding & Calls for Proposals

Good science is inclusive. However, many calls for proposals and funding lines in academia contribute to structural discrimination against underrepresented groups such as parents and unpaid care workers. With this survey, the Network Motherhood and Science wants to make this visible. The focus of this initiative is on parenthood, including when it intersects with other discrimination categories mentioned in the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

The aim of this anonymous survey is to make disadvantages visible and to reduce them, but also to generate suggestions for improvement that can be recommended to funding institutions. You can participate in this survey if you have experienced discrimination or heard that others have. The survey takes 5-10 minutes.
