Further information & registration
This online course gives you the opportunity to explore the structural dimension of discrimination, both in the university and in society. The aim is to promote anti-discriminatory behaviour in your day-to-day work life. You will learn to recognise discrimination, develop appropriate vocabulary, and reflect on your own social position and privileges.
The course provides a space for critical engagement with your own experiences and perspectives. Through case studies and practical exercises, you will develop strategies for discrimination-sensitive habits in a university context.
