As part of Academic Freedom Week, the BUA Postdoc Academy invites Scholars at Risk to confidential 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions. The sessions offer space to reflect on your current professional situation, explore career paths in academia or other sectors, and identify next steps for your career development. Topics may include career transitions, funding or contract insecurity, professional goals and CV feedback.
The sessions will be led by Dr. Ulrike Schneeberg, an experienced coach and trainer specialising in academic career transitions and reflective leadership. 27 coaching sessions are available on a first come, first served basis. After registering, participants will receive a calendar link to book an individual session at a convenient time. Registration deadline is 11 May 2026.
