Offered by the Berlin Leadership Academy as part of the programme “Personalführung in der Wissenschaft,” this workshop addresses general and gender-specific leadership topics in everyday university life. Participants will receive expert input and have time for reflection and discussion with peers, developing their own leadership approach and practical strategies for gender-specific challenges.
The workshop is led by Prof. Dr. Christine Gockel, Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, whose research focuses on leadership, teamwork and humour.
Participation is free of charge. The specific room will be communicated after registration.
