Participants are sensitised to the topic of sexualised harassment, discrimination and violence (SBDG), especially in the workplace. They will be familiarised with the legal framework (in particular the General Equal Treatment Act and the FU Berlin guidelines on dealing with SBDG) and learn what SBDG is characterised by, what forms it takes and what effects SBDG can have for those affected and for the entire working environment.

The question of what managers/persons with personnel and training responsibilities can or must do if they observe sexualised assaults or if these are reported to them is explored. Among other things, it shows which offices affected persons can turn to with their complaint or their request for confidential counselling and what support they can expect.
