Further information
This online course introduces you to the topic of discrimination and gives you the opportunity to develop a critical attitude towards its various forms, such as racism, sexism, and classism. You will learn about basic concepts such as ‘structural’ and ‘individual’ discrimination, prejudice, power, and privilege.
The course encourages you to reflect on your own social position and to understand how discrimination works in everyday life. The aim is to sensitise you to discrimination-critical action and to develop concrete approaches for discrimination-sensitive practice.
