Children AND a career – is that possible? This workshop is about taking a critical look at how you organise your life and career: What exactly do I want to balance: How much career, how much family, how much me? What values, needs, and role expectations do I  have, what is there in the family? What are the structural conditions, what are my individual reserves of energy? And how would I like to set my goals and priorities accordingly?

In addition to techniques for time management and self-management, the course focuses on the resources of the individual participants in a solution-orientated way. We identify power drains and individual stressors as well as typical stumbling blocks in the context of family and academia, and work out possible ways to successfully counter them.
