Further information and programme
Jointly organised by the Central Gender Equality Office of the Max Planck Society and the research project on the history of the Max Planck Society, this event addresses the desiderata and achievements of second-wave feminism. Female representatives from academia, politics, and society – including directors from and the vice president of the Max Planck Society – discuss which of the political and societal goals from that time have been met in the last 50 years and which are still relevant today. These questions will be approached from historical, epistemological, political and institutional perspectives.
