WiNS Adlershof offers female doctoral students and postdocs valuable support on their way to a leadership position. You are warmly invited to this informational event for the next round of mentoring, starting in January 2020. A current participant in the program will talk about her experiences, You’ll hear from a current participant about her experiences, receive all the necessary information about the application process, and will have the chance to ask any questions you might have.
The benefits of one-on-one mentoring:
- Individual advice and support from an experienced mentor
- First-hand knowledge about various academic career paths
- Feedback and informal knowledge about funding possibilities
- Input on balancing family and professional life
