Most of us have already had the experience of stage fright. But it’s actually supposed to give us wings. But how can you deal with it when the speech is just around the corner? Relaxation techniques, combined with small practice speeches and positive mental training, help to channel the stress into something positive.
Techniques will be taught for acting more calmly and feeling better in everyday life and when giving presentations. This will allow you to give off more charisma and sovereignty.
