From qualification to positioning. In accordance with your skills and talents, this workshop series takes a close look at strategic and conceptual planning for your career goals. You will learn about career-promoting and career-inhibiting patterns of action in order to systematically develop your own path.
Module I (2 days: 19-20 August 2021, in person)
- Balance model: figuring out where you are – recognising and promoting values, talents and abilities
- Recognise and work with your inner and outer motivators, beliefs and needs
- Recognise strengths and turn around weaknesses
- Procrastination as inspiration
- Personal orientation and alternatives in career design: science or free market
- Rubicon: Goal setting, formulation and planning = finding balance in all areas of life
Module II (1 day: 26 August 2021, in person)
- Self-organisation
- Self-conception
- Self-marketing
Module III (1 day: 23 September 2021, in person)
If desired, participants can book a third module where they will receive personal coaching or feedback. This includes:
- Self-reflection and self-assessment after the first two modules
- Role play: A job interview (with camera recording); reflection and feedback
- General feedback from the coach
