Awareness for the important personal-political topic “Compatibility of Career, Family, and Private Life” in the wider public helps to strengthen employers’ sensibility and initiative in the area – and that’s the goal of the Week of Family Friendliness.
In the course of the week, good practice examples from employers who have successfully passed the audit of berufundfamilie or audit familiengerechte hochschule will be displayed online. Measures that are family friendly and aware of phase-of-life considerations will be highlighted, all surrounding the theme “Teams of tomorrow: More diverse and more powerful?!”
The good practice examples will be shown on the berufundfamilie website starting on 2 November. The family friendliness measures will also be introduced on the berufundfamilie blog.
