This festival initiative aims to celebrate inclusivity and diversity in various tech communities by organising a “Women+ in Data and AI” tech summer festival in order to create opportunities to engage in technical, professional, and non-technical conversations in a positive, supportive environment. This includes talks by women and gender minority individuals working in data engineering, data science, machine learning, and MLOPs. Additionally, there will be non-technical workshops and networking events hosted.
The mission is to create an environment for female and gender minority tech communities in the fields of data engineering, machine learning, data science, and MLOps by inviting them to an event that stands for
- Unity – to connect all female and gender minority communities.
- Empowerment – to become powerful through education.
- Bravery – to become energized to achieve our ambitions and live a successful life.
