The Allianz für Gleichstellung is a bottom-up network of decentralised gender equality initiatives operating across the clinics and institutes of Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Members meet regularly to exchange good-practice tools, inform the central Gleichstellungsbüro about field- and clinic-specific needs, and plan joint events. Current member initiatives include groups from neurology, psychiatry, medical informatics and nephrology.
The network is open to new members who wish to promote gender equality within their own clinic or working area. Those interested can join the mailing list directly via the Charité website.
