The IFiF-Impulse lecture series presents research findings from projects funded under the BMFTR initiative “Innovative Frauen im Fokus,” exploring how scientific institutions and companies can make innovative women more visible in academia and beyond.

In this edition, Ines Großkopf and Julia Meyer from the Kompetenzzentrum Technik-Diversity-Chancengleichheit e.V. present the results of the meta-IFiF project: concrete recommendations and practical tips for implementing visibility measures, from role model campaigns to structural changes at organisational level. The lecture is aimed at practitioners in equality and communications, and all those committed to a more equitable society and innovation landscape.
