Further information
How can we design spaces in such a way that queer people can use them as equally as possible? What needs do LGBTIQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, inter*, queer) people have and what changes are necessary for this?
In this seminar, participants will work with different gender identities and roles and have the opportunity to reflect on their own attitudes. They will develop new strategies for dealing with sexual and gender diversity and receive input on how to be more queer-inclusive in their everyday life and counteract discrimination.
Topics
- Definition of terms and basics of sexual and gender diversity and the needs of LGBTIQ+ people
- Sensitisation and reflection
- Developing new strategies for action
- Gender-sensitive language
