The last conference in 2019 addressed the digital transformation of the working world. In 2021, the goal of this conference is to promote a more general exchange about the chances and problems for gender equality that come as a result of digitalisation.

In lectures and panel discussions, questions will be raised about gender equality policies in the context of digitalisation: What is said on the topic in the Third Gender Equality Report published by the federal government? What can Europe, large cities, and rural areas learn from each other in the context of gender equality in digitalisation processes? There will also be various forums and rooms for experimenting, in which participants can take an interactive role and receive extra training.

The fifth network conference will thus serve as a think tank for working with experts to collect effective strategies for the Hamburg metropolitan region.
