What does “diversity sensitive” mean? How do misunderstandings, stereotypes, and prejudices arise? How relevant is it where people were born and socialised? This seminar will use these questions as well as examples of concrete situations from the classroom to illustrate some possible approaches to reaching a better understanding of one another.
There will also be space for participants to work through situations from their own teaching experience. The seminar is aimed at instructors from all disciplines and is designed as an introductory course.
