The European Social Fund programme FEM POWER for the promotion and creation of equal opportunities between women and men in academia and research has successfully completed the first half of its term.
On this occasion, the FEM POWER network is organising a conference under the patronage of the Minister for Economy, Science, and Digitalisation of the State of Sachsen-Anhalt, Prof. Dr. Armin Willingmann.
The conference will bring together decision makers from science policy and science organisations, experts on gender research and equal opportunities, project leaders and project participants. The goal is to create a dialogue between theory and practice and discuss how to shape equal opportunity policies at institutions of higher education and other research institutes in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Invited are people at the management levels of higher education institutions and research organisations, decision makers and actors from academia and research as well as from science policy and equal opportunities in Sachsen-Anhalt.
