This podcast mini-series titled “The Just University. Visions of a good and diverse academia” was developed during the event series “Alle gleich anders?!” at Universität Göttingen.
It centers around the questions: What does a just university look like? How do we want to learn, research and work? What does a university need to be an appealing place for students, academics and employees with different biographies and experiences? How can we think of a fair and democratic university without discrimination? And how can universities enable emancipatory knowledge transfer and knowledge production?

The episodes feature guests such as Nicole Viktoria Przytulla (German Institute for Human Rights), Ayla Satilmis (University of Bremen) and Raewyn Connell (University of Sydney) who are being asked about their visions for a just university in November 2022.
