The goal of this introductory seminar is to learn about project management phases, methods, and planning techniques as well as the requirements for a systematic and successful start to a project. Participants have the option of using their own current project as an example.
The course will cover the following topics:
- Definition of project and project management, overview of types of projects
- Project management phases according to DIN
- Forms of project organisation in companies
- Checking the value of a project, defining the scope of a project, and analysing the context of a project
- Sketching goals, evaluating feasibility, analysing risks
- Identifying and analysing stakeholders
- SMART goals and non-goals
- Structuring of project
- Planning dates, resources, and costs,
- Responsibility matrix
