Many people suffer from restlessness and nervousness, fatigue and sleep disorders or anxiety, pain and tension. 80% of people complain about stress. And 2020 brought with it new challenges, which often had a considerable impact on individual stress levels. But what is stress for each individual? (How) can stress be avoided or reduced?
