Unconscious bias training is a relatively new method to uncover and reflect on unconscious decision-making processes. This way existing thinking patterns and stereotypes can be better identified and confronted when necessary. The workshop aims at members of Charité and consists of even parts information, reflection and discussion. It will be led by two trainers of EAF Berlin, Diversity in Leadership.

The EAF Berlin supports organisations in processes of change towards more diversity in leadership. Founded 1996 EAF works as an independent research and consulting organization at the overlap of politics, economy and science. The EAF Berlin offers counsel in the field of diversity and equal opportunity, career and leadership, compatibility and resilience, as well as democracy and participation.
