Unconscious bias training is a comparatively new method for making unconscious decision processes visible and reflecting on them. In this way, for example, existing thought patterns and stereotypes can be better recognised and, if necessary, countered. The workshops are aimed at Charité students and employees who are involved in personnel selection processes – job interviews and appointment procedures – and other evaluation processes, such as appraisals and the awarding of grants. The workshops are conducted by two trainers from EAF Berlin, Diversity in Leadership.
