Gender Awareness Training

Gender awareness training can facilitate positive group interactions, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and teach people how to sensitively deal with gender topics in the workplace. By raising awareness, these trainings can help to prevent discrimination in areas such as hiring, job evaluation and social life in the office.
